Departure day will not be charged if you check out at the reception desk till 11 a.m.
- For children till the age of 2 (if they sleep with parents) we are not charging overnight, but for the food is extra payment; use of baby bed we charge 959,00 SIT = 4,00 €
- For children from 2 to 10 years old (if they sleep with parents) we charge 30% of the price for BB, for the food is extra payment
- For children till 10 years old who sleep in own bed in the room with parents, we charge 70% of the price for BB
The guest or the client is not obliged to pay the host any compensation if the guest cancels the room reservation:
1. by 12 o'clock on the first day - if the room was booked for up to two days; 2. two days prior to the use of services - if the room was booked for three to seven days; 3. seven days prior to the use of services - if the room was booked for more than seven days; 4. in case of force majeure regardless of the cancellation time
If the reservation is cancelled after the periods given or if the user does not show up ("no show") and his/her reservation has not been cancelled or was cancelled with delay, the client is obliged to pay the host compensation in the amount equal to:
1. the price of contractual services for one day; 2. the price of contractual services for three days - if the reservation was for more than three days; the compensation does not have to be paid if the guest does not show up on account of force majeure.
If the guest leaves early or if he/she does not fully use the services ordered, the client is obliged to pay the host compensation after receiving the contractor's claim, except in case of force majeure.
